Have you ever wondered if you are likely to get Alzheimer’s or some other form of dementia? Is there a difference between normal aging and forgetfulness and dementia? Are there steps one can take to prevent or postpone the onset of dementia? Are you a caretaker struggling with a loved one who has some form of dementia?
These are questions many of us wrestle with as we journey through life. You are invited to join us for a Brain Seminar on Dementia and Aging. We will be responding to the above questions throughout our time together, as well as taking some assessment tests to determine if we are at risk. The last half of our day will be devoted to caregivers.
This workshop runs from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM and includes lunch. It will be held in the Multipurpose Room at SS. Peter & Paul.
