Funeral Liturgy Assistance

When a funeral is held at SS. Peter & Paul, we want the family and guests to feel welcomed.  This may be their first time in a Catholic church and they do not know what to expect.  Even those familiar with a Funeral Mass may be participating in a new role, such as serving as a lector or bringing up the gifts.  We want each person present to feel comfortable in this experience.  In order to accomplish this, we provide loving, patient volunteers who first meet with the family to plan the liturgy, and then assist the family before, during, and immediately after the funeral Mass.
